There is still time to enter the 2026 Santa Cruz County Fair, with deadlines approaching for residents interested in showcasing their baking, art, agriculture, photography, livestock and other work.
For most departments, the online entry deadline is Aug. 27. Some departments have later deadlines, as late as Sept. 10. Most departments also accept walk-in entries on receiving days, though entrants should check the Entry Guide for department-specific deadlines and requirements.
Fair departments include livestock, agriculture-horticulture, amateur wine, fine arts, LEGO, photography, poultry, baked goods, floriculture, collections, hobbies and home arts.
The 2026 Entry Guide is available online at santacruzcountyfair.com/2026-entry-guides. Printed guides are available at libraries and feed stores throughout Santa Cruz County, as well as the Fair Office on East Lake Avenue in Watsonville.
